  So I am a usal costumer at Wendy's. But today it took someone to order something for a whole hour to take an order. Now it was my turn. The cashier wasn't rude or anything but there was only one casher. This was at 12:20 saturday April firstso. So here should be at least two but the other cashier was looking at me while I was waiting and didn't do anything, say anything, or offer to take my order. Back to the cashier that she took my order. She took ten minutes with my order which should take at least two minutes. Mine was the #ten and that was my usual. But she kept asking the same questions. "Small medium or large","would you like any sause with that". It just going on and on so I said. " No sause small fanta no ice." And she asked "what sause" I'm pacinet but that was enough. The food was done, I paid, and eat. That was the worst experience I had here at Wendy's in a long time. Thank you.

  Food was alright, their prices and attitude level are ridiculously high for the lack of a 4 for 4 that they have... Haha. I have to laugh because they spit bad business. It comes off very franchise-exclusive and selfish when it comes to them not participating in any of the deals every other Wendy is dedicatedly participating in. Paid just about $12 for a sandwich, chili and fries.. The first headset woman taking our order was real nice, honoring our request to have the chili filled to the brim, due to the constant skipping that happens with some Wendy's.
  
  When we got our order I noticed in the bag that there weren't any sauce packets that I asked for (BBQ). After honking the horn over and over so they could be more attentative, my wife ended up having to knock on the drive thru window repeatedly with no immediate response, since we didn't want to go through their half assed service again. The manager (so it seemed, at least by the different shirt and name tag, but not by her attitude)
  Came in rudely, with such a nasty face asking what she wanted as if it was an annoyance.
  
  Long story short, for a franchise at the prices they have their food at, the easiest "pencil" given in this situation would be customer care and a lack of a too-obvious passive aggressive attitude.

  Several times now I get a very poorly wrapped spicy chicken go wrap, it is my favorite item, stopped ordering them because it was too much of a mess. Ranch and lettuce everywhere.
